I believe a cake should be moist so made as close to the event as possible and not in advance or frozen. They should also be topped with plenty of delicious icing and the occasional hidden surprise. When you bite into my cakes you will often find a soft caramel or a truffle centre, hidden fruit or a crunchy base. I like experimenting with this and the selections you see are those that have gone down very well with my tasters!

These cakes are suitable for anything such as kids parties, dinner parties, engagement/hen parties, bombonnieres, or a small box for a friend or yourself to enjoy!
